Job summary

Americans for Prosperity in Nebraska seeks a Regional Field Manager (Grassroots Engagement Director) to recruit and engage grassroots leaders in Lincoln or Omaha, mobilize them to act, and drive policy reforms across the state.

You will organize events, train volunteers, and coordinate canvassing efforts while building strong relationships with community leaders to expand AFP’s impact.

Qualifications

• Passion for people with ability to build relationships quickly.
• Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes.
• Self-motivation to use time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events.
• Team-oriented, able to work with AFP staff and activists.
• Willingness to canvass neighborhoods and call volunteers.
• Valid driver’s license to travel statewide.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
