Job summary

Stand Together's LIBRE Initiative is seeking a Regional Field Manager in Greeley, Colorado. You will identify and recruit grassroots leaders, mobilize them to advocate for policy reforms, and expand LIBRE's reach across the state to open opportunities for all.

You will organize events, train activists, coordinate volunteers, and manage part‑time canvassing contractors, ensuring legal compliance and effective outreach.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience in grassroots advocacy, community organization, and/or political campaigns.
• Volunteer or staff supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists and recruit leaders across Colorado and mobilize them to advocate for change.
• Equip leaders with LIBRE training and connect to resources.
• Organize events to educate the public on policy issues and initiatives.
• Maintain regular contact with activists to keep them motivated and active.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors, including scheduling and legal compliance.
