The LIBRE Initiative in Harrisburg, PA, is seeking a Regional Field Manager (Grassroots Engagement Director) to recruit and mobilize activists across the Harrisburg Tri-County area and inspire policy reforms that create opportunity. This hands-on role fits someone who loves meeting people and building movements.

You will organize phone banks, canvassing, social media outreach, and how to educate the public on policy issues, while coordinating volunteers and part-time contractors to maximize

Qualificações

• Fluency in Spanish and English for diverse communities.
• Experience in grassroots advocacy, community organizing, or campaigns.
• Volunteer or staff supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Find and develop local activists who could become leaders.
• Equip activists to advocate using LIBRE training and resources.
• Organize phone banks, social media outreach, canvassing, and educate on issues.
• Keep activists motivated, informed, and active through regular contact.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors and ensure compliance.
