Motorola Solutions in Wisconsin seeks an experienced sales professional to lead territory development with government and public safety accounts. You will build relationships, conduct product demos, and drive revenue across the Motorola portfolio.

The role requires 4+ years in sales (or 6+ years total sales related) with strong relationship skills. Travel up to 50% within Wisconsin. Base salary range is $80,000–$100,000 USD, plus benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required with strong sales experience in public safety or government sectors.
• 4+ years of sales, sales engineering, customer success, military or public safety experience.
• Outside sales experience in government organizations is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and hunt for opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute winning strategy within territory and existing accounts.
• Schedule and lead customer meetings with Economic Buying Influences.
• Prospect, schedule and run product demonstrations for license plate reader and video products.
• Identify additional opportunities across the Motorola portfolio.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving to overcome obstacles.
• Promote extended warranty and maintenance programs when eligible.
• Ensure client understanding of product usefulness and operation.
• Collaborate with Solution Sellers on cross-selling opportunities.
• Build a long-term sales funnel and engage competitive accounts.
• Coordinate state user group meetings and technology workshops.
