Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Regional GME Manager to provide administrative support and oversight of Residency Programs in the Region. You will design curricular rotations, track program expenses, troubleshoot residency issues, and evaluate and enhance the program.

In collaboration with the Program Director and Regional GME Manager, you will ensure compliance with ACGME policies, supervise assigned program coordinators, residents, and fellows, and work with departments and faculty on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Experience with developing and implementing program ideas into successful academic programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including written and verbal, problem solving, diplomatically handling problems of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.
• Superior organizational skills.
