Job summary

Palmdale Regional Medical Center is seeking a residency program coordinator to supervise administrative functions for residents and interact with the Program Administrator and Director. You will coordinate recruitment, orientation, and events, and ensure compliance with accrediting bodies.

You will manage records, data in New Innovations, and NRMP responsibilities while maintaining clear communications with hospital departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize information and manage confidential data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative supervision to residents and coordinate office activities.
• Serve as liaison between residents, hospital administration and external bodies.
• Plan recruitment, orientation, graduation and faculty retreats; coordinate program events.
• Maintain residency program records, New Innovations data, and NRMP processes.
• Monitor resident work hours and prepare reports for GME leadership.
