Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Proven leadership managing Transmission & Distribution construction operations.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to forecast and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee regional Transmission & Distribution operations, ensuring alignment with company and divisional objectives.
• Establish and execute strategic initiatives in partnership with the Regional Vice President and senior leadership team.
• Provide leadership and direction to Regional Managers, Project Managers, and operational teams.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Build client relationships and pursue growth opportunities across utilities and industrial sectors.
