Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a General Manager – Transmission & Distribution to lead regional operations, drive growth, and ensure safe, profitable project delivery. You will shape strategy, guide field and office teams, and strengthen client relationships across utility and industrial sectors.

The role emphasizes safety, operational excellence, and people development, with travel across multiple sites and a focus on building high-performing teams and strong external partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven leadership experience directing Transmission & Distribution construction operations and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel as required and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Transmission & Distribution operations to align with company objectives.
• Set strategic goals with senior leadership and oversee regional managers and project teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, profitably, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Direct preconstruction efforts, RFP pursuits, and staffing plans with estimating teams.
• Oversee regional financial performance, budgeting, forecast, and profitability targets.
• Promote a strong safety culture and leadership development across Michels Power teams.
