Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. seeks a General Manager – Transmission & Distribution to provide executive leadership for regional operations, aligning safety, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

The role collaborates with senior leadership and manages Regional Managers, Project Managers, and field teams to execute strategic objectives. The position emphasizes safety culture, client relations, and sustainable growth across diverse projects, including transmission lines,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience.
Proven leadership of Transmission & Distribution ops.
Experience leading regional operations and multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of transmission & distribution construction means, methods, and project delivery.
Financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and profitability experience.
Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Direct regional Transmission & Distribution operations.
Set strategic initiatives with Regional VP and leadership.
Lead Regional Managers and project teams.
Ensure safe, efficient, profitable project delivery with high quality and customer satisfaction.
Develop client relationships and pursue growth opportunities.
Support preconstruction and bid strategies with estimating teams.
