Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson is seeking a site operations leader to oversee all aspects of the location, including safety, staffing, and customer service, in close collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain teams.

The role requires directing manufacturing and distribution of cylinder products, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving performance across safety, quality, and efficiency at the site.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers, employees, regulatory agencies, or business community.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local team to manage safety/compliance and packaging gas sales.
• Oversee cylinder production and distribution.
• Coordinate with Sales and Supply Chain teams.”
