Job summary

INC'D is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead a PE-backed Fire & Life Safety platform's regional operations across the Eastern & Central US. You will own multi-site P&L, drive sales and service execution, and oversee integration of acquired businesses with minimal disruption.

You will develop local leaders, improve labor productivity, margins and customer satisfaction while expanding the regional footprint as new companies join the platform.

Qualifications

• Multi-site leadership with regional remit
• Proven P&L management for large portfolios
• Experience with field service systems preferred
• Sales and service operations leadership
• Ability to lead change and gain buy-in
• Acquisition integration experience preferred
• P&L exposure of $25M+ highly preferred
