Job summary

W3Global Inc. is seeking a General Manager- Fire Protection to lead the startup and development of a new regional facility, overseeing operations, staffing, logistics, and safety.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with general contractors and executives, recruit fire protection professionals, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial targets. This role requires strong leadership across branch teams and licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience in fire protection, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, or related construction operations.
• Experience leading a branch, regional team, or multi-site operation.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage teams.
• Familiarity with contractor licensing and multi-state compliance.
• Strong grasp of construction operations, project logistics, customer relationships, and financial administration.
• NICET Level III certification in fire alarm or sprinkler systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the startup and development of a new regional facility.
• Establish efficient processes for staffing, project support, logistics, safety, and administration.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and align resources with projects.
• Monitor expenses, productivity, and financial results.
• Manage branch resources: warehouse, equipment, materials, vehicles.
• Implement company policies, operating procedures, and safety expectations.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop branch personnel.
• Build a capable team across fire protection, project management, field, and admin.
• Recruit experienced industry leaders as the branch expands.
• Oversee active and upcoming fire protection projects in the region.
• Coordinate with project teams to support schedules, manpower, materials, and field execution.
• Maintain productive relationships with general contractors, project executives, clients, vendors, and leadership.
• Manage administrative and financial responsibilities; support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and expense control.
• Obtain, maintain, and monitor contractor licenses across multiple states.
