The role requires 12+ years of geotechnical experience, a PE or PG license, and proven ability to mentor staff, review reports, and sign-off on final calculations. You will shape strategy, manage risk, and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications

• 12 years of related experience.
• PE or PG license in relevant states.
• Ability to sign final technical reviews of reports/calculations.
• Strong regional or multi-regional client relationships.
• Proven leadership and decision-making at an organizational level.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical expertise across geotechnical projects.
• Performs final technical review and approval of reports and calculations.
• Ensures quality, accuracy, and consistency of technical output.
• Oversees project performance at a strategic level and guides high-risk issues.
• Mentors Associate Principals, Senior Project Managers, and emerging leaders.
• Supports business development and client relationship growth.
• Reviews and approves proposals, contracts, and major project decisions.
• Contributes to departmental and regional financial performance (P&L).
• Participates in staffing, recruiting, and team development.
