Qualifications

• 12 years of related experience in geotechnical engineering.
• Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or similar is required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license in each state of practice is required.
• Valid driver’s license if driving for ECS subsidiary.
• Proven technical expertise and regional multi-site client relationships.
• Strong leadership, risk management, and decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical oversight across geotechnical projects and delivers final reviews.
• Ensures quality, accuracy, and consistency of outputs across teams.
• Oversees project performance at a strategic level and guides complex issues.
• Mentors Associate Principals, Senior Project Managers, and emerging leaders.
• Leads business development and maintains key client relationships.
• Reviews proposals, contracts, and major project decisions.
• Participates in staffing and organizational leadership initiatives.
