Job summary

Stantec’s Environmental Geospatial and Data Services Team is seeking a Team Leader to oversee and grow our Geospatial team in the Great Lakes region, covering Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Minnesota.

The role requires strong leadership, ArcGIS proficiency, and hands-on management of budgets, timelines, and client relationships. Office presence is expected three days per week to coordinate cross-functional work.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geospatial or related field.
• 10+ years of geospatial experience.
• Experience leading teams in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee geospatial activities within the Great Lakes region.
• Strategize and coordinate project assignments to ensure efficient execution.
• Lead staff recruitment, onboarding and professional development.
