Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Team Leader for the Environmental Geospatial and Data Services BC in the Great Lakes region, including WI, IL, IN, OH, MI, MN. You will oversee staffing, budgets, proposals, and delivery of geospatial projects from Madison and surrounding offices. Hybrid work model with in-office presence required.

You will report to BCOL and collaborate with BCPLs and other Team Leaders to grow the team and win opportunities while ensuring QA/QC and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geospatial or related field.
• Experience leading geospatial teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and proposal-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee geospatial and data services activities for the region.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage project assignments and budgets.
• Lead staff development, performance reviews, and recruitment.
• Collaborate with leadership to pursue opportunities.
