The Team Leader will collaborate with BC leadership and external consultants to pursue opportunities and ensure high-quality deliverables. The position requires office presence at least three days per week and active leadership to drive business development,

Responsibilities

• Oversee geospatial and data services activities within the Great Lakes region.
• Strategize, plan, and coordinate project assignments for efficient execution.
• Actively manage projects with budgets and timelines.
• Oversee staff utilization and resource allocation with BC leadership.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and YEPR/compensation reviews.
• Establish strong internal and client relationships; liaise with project managers and discipline leads.
• Drive geospatial service growth and new business opportunities in the region.
• Review cost estimates and budgets for proposals and opportunities.
• Ensure QA/QC processes and timely delivery of project requirements.
• Promote cross-team collaboration and a strong health and safety culture.
• Foster innovation and process improvement in field operations.
