Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking an Area General Manager to lead safety, operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the site. You will oversee in-shop repair, field service, and manufacturing activities while building a high-performing team and embedding IPS values in daily operations.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, servant leadership, and development of people to sustain growth and an unmatched customer experience across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business or related technical field.
• MBA and Lean Certification are a plus.
• Experience leading large teams and complex projects in industrial services.
