Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking an Area Manager to lead the field service business unit from Lakeland, Florida. You will drive safety, operations, profitability, and customer KPIs using IPS's Continuous Improvement Process Solution (CIPS), building a high-performing team and a culture grounded in IPS values.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage large-scale projects across North America.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business or related technical degree preferred.
• 5 years of combined experience in general management or operations in a power management business preferred.
• 3 years of Lean Manufacturing or 6-Sigma problem solving skills preferred.
• 3 years of experience managing large scale projects.
• MBA and Lean Certification a plus.
