Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and experience.
• 5+ years of parking operations, property management, or facilities management.
• 2+ years multi-site or regional management experience preferred.
• Business development or sales experience including proposals and contracts.
• Budgets of $1M+ and teams of 10+ employees.
• Customer service in hospitality or events environment.
• Experience in DC/Northern Virginia markets preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in parking systems and MS Office; budget and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across parking facilities in the DC/VA region.
• Visit sites, enforce standards, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and capital projects.
• Manage parking technology platforms and reporting.
• Develop new contracts, proposals, and financial pro formas.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L across regional locations.
• Drive revenue growth through pricing and utilization analysis.
