Job summary

Jamestown seeks a General Manager, Parking Operations to lead strategic and day-to-day operations across DC and Virginia parking facilities. The role blends hands-on leadership with business development to pursue new contracts and expand the company’s footprint.

Responsibilities include supervising site teams, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Travel across DC/VA is required, with a focus on performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years in parking operations, property management, or facilities management.
• 2+ years multi-site or regional management experience.
• Demonstrated budgeting for $1M+ and supervising 10+ staff.
• Strong leadership, client relations, and hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across DC/Virginia parking facilities and contracts.
• Identify and pursue new parking management contracts and opportunities.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements for regional operations.
• Lead Site Managers and frontline staff, ensuring safety, service, and compliance.
• Maintain relationships with property owners, municipalities, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations across DC and Virginia.
