Job summary

Comstock is seeking a Security Location Manager to supervise multiple parking facilities in the Arlington area. The successful candidate will manage the hourly workforce, ensure safety and policy compliance, and deliver top-tier service to clients and guests.

The role requires Virginia security licensure and a valid driver’s license, plus strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills to drive daily operations and revenue reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Virginia security officer certification required.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper staffing through scheduling and on-call management.
• Oversee daily facility opening, management, and closing.
• Ensure reports and paperwork are completed accurately.
• Monitor safety, security, and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate revenue control and contract parker program.
• Train new officers and support daily operations.
