Job summary

Global Diving & Salvage, Inc. seeks a General Manager to lead the regional office in Signal Hill, CA. You will oversee operations, budgeting and growth of core service lines, ensuring strong client relationships and profitable project execution.

The role demands extensive maritime/diving industry experience, strategic thinking, and strong staff leadership. Full-time, onsite with generous benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• AA degree or higher; bachelor’s preferred.
• 10+ years in inland/offshore diving services.
• Maritime or construction industry experience required.
• Experience selling deals from $500K-$10M.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional office operations, budgeting and planning.
• Ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently.
• Account for P&L of office and regional projects.
• Attend tradeshows and conferences to network and gather market intelligence.
• Coordinate and support strategic service line projects regionally.
• Manage and direct office support staff.
• Identify and develop opportunities to market services to clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and prepare reports/proposals.
• Coordinate with divisions for competitive proposals.
