Qualifications

• 8-15 years of construction-related experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid preferred.
• CAD/drafting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations and change orders.
• Develop project submittals and necessary documentation.
• Coordinate self-performed and subcontracted work with onsite team.
• Maintain safety, budgets, and CPM scheduling.
• Manage multiple projects and client relations.
