Qualifications

• 8–15 years of applicable construction-related experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management, estimating, and bids.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations and change orders on projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and cost-to-complete reporting.
• Coordinate with subs, field teams, and safety personnel.
• Develops and maintains client relations and identifies new business opportunities.
• Prepare bid/no bid analyses and oversee submittal processes.
