Job summary

Randstad USA in Worcester, MA seeks an executive leader to oversee sales, operations, service delivery, project management, and business development for the Northeast region. This permanent, remote-eligible role offers relocation assistance and a path to scale a high-performing team.

Applicants must have 10+ years of leadership in ITS or transportation infrastructure, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong experience with DOTs and municipal agencies; driving distance to Worcester is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, general management, business leadership, or executive management roles.
• Experience within intelligent transportation systems (ITS), traffic signal systems, roadway technology.
• Experience working with DOTs, municipalities, transportation agencies, contractors, or public-sector infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, operations, service delivery, project management, business development, and team leadership.
• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction over Northeast region.
• Responsible for scaling the business, developing high-performing teams, and strengthening reputation as a trusted provider of traffic signal solutions.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer retention.
• Support strategic customer relationships throughout the region.
• Participate in strategic planning, acquisition integration, organizational development, and business transformation initiatives.
