WillScot is seeking a Regional General Manager to lead profitable growth across multiple MSAs with P&L ownership, regional operations, fleet management, and field service execution.

You will develop and execute strategic business plans, expand market penetration, lead high-performing sales and operations teams, and foster safe, customer-focused delivery of solutions while supporting talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead profitable growth by developing and executing strategic business plans that align with company objectives.
• Own regional P&L performance across multiple MSAs and $5M to $100M revenue ranges.
• Lead high-performing sales and operations teams; accountable for expanding market penetration.
• Oversee branch operations, fleet management, transportation, logistics, and field service execution to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused delivery.
