This role leads sales and operations teams, oversees branch operations, fleet management, transportation, logistics, and field service execution to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused delivery of solutions while fostering growth and market success.

• Drive profitable growth by developing and executing strategic business plans for the region/market.
• Own regional P&L performance across multiple MSAs and $5M to $100M of annual revenue.
• Lead high-performing sales and operations teams and oversee branch operations, fleet management, transportation, logistics, and field service execution.
