• BA/BS degree; MBA or MA preferred.
• 10+ years in various assignments within the Company, in the Elevator industry, or in another service-oriented business.
• Experience managing a full P&L for an industrial company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall managerial responsibility for operations across sales, installation, and modernization services within an assigned geography to achieve business unit strategic and financial objectives.
• Lead district operations across sales, installation, and modernization services to achieve strategic, financial, and operational objectives.
• Develop and execute regional business, operations, and quality plans aligned with company strategy.
• Manage, coach, and develop District Service Managers, Construction Managers, Sales teams, and Field Superintendents.
• Drive customer strategy and strengthen relationships with key customers, contractors, and industry consultants.
• Oversee field operations including installation, service delivery, resource planning, and asset management for cost efficiency.
• Direct sales and market execution to achieve targets in price, volume, product mix, and market share.
• Develop and manage district budgets, ensuring financial control, cost optimization, and profitability.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor activity, adjusting strategy and resource allocation to drive performance and growth.
