IDEX Corporation in the United States seeks a General Manager for SFC KOENIG Americas, based in New Haven, CT. You will lead all sales, business development, customer engagement, and strategic growth for the Americas with full regional P&L accountability.

You will drive market expansion, build a high-performing commercial organization, and partner with engineering, product management, and operations to bring sealing solutions to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience in industrial, engineered products, sealing, fluid handling, or related business.
• Demonstrated success leading a business unit with significant P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and annual operating plan commitments.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans and multi-year strategies.
• Direct manufacturing operations for safe, efficient, on-time delivery and quality.
