Job summary

Arcis Golf seeks a Regional General Manager to oversee multiple Texas properties, based at Gentle Creek Country Club in Prosper, TX. The role combines general management with regional oversight to drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and team development.

You will guide annual budgets, benchmark performance, and lead revenue generation, cost control, and marketing initiatives across properties. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years property management experience required.
• Experience overseeing multiple properties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Works with property leaders preparing annual operating budgets under company guidelines.
• Ensures that on a monthly basis each facility adheres to budgeting guidelines.
• Provides direction to the leadership team with the creation of marketing plans, pricing and business strategies.
• Provides direction and assistance to leadership in the execution of business plans that includes revenue generation, expense management, sales and marketing.
• Promotes Arcis Golf philosophies throughout the golf course to both employees and guests.
• Assists General Manager’s with Human Resources functions of the property.
• Protects each property and its assets through enforcing and maintaining a preventative maintenance programs.
• Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner.
• Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
• Follows company policies and procedures and is able to effectively communicate them to subordinates.
• Ensures properties are in compliance with all federal, state and local laws.
• Completes site visit reports on each property weekly on status of sales, unexpected expenses, course conditions and general operations status that may include deviation from approved business plan.
• Provide Regional VP with a combination of written and verbal updates on properties and or project status within their region

Arcis Golf is excited to announce we are now seeking a Regional General Manager to support and oversee multiple Texas properties. The Regional General Manager will sit out of Gentle Creek Golf Club and serve as the General Manager for this property while also overseeing multiple properties. Responsible for the properties overall success through maintaining established cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations.

Education / Experience:
