• Drive revenue, manage expenses, and oversee sales/marketing.

Responsible for the properties overall success through maintaining established cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations. **Primary Responsibilities:*** Works with property leaders preparing annual operating budgets under company guidelines. Ensures that on a monthly basis each facility adheres to budgeting guidelines.* Provides direction to the leadership team with the creation of marketing plans, pricing and business strategies.* Provides direction and assistance to leadership in the execution of business plans that includes revenue generation, expense management, sales and marketing.* Promotes Arcis Golf philosophies throughout the golf course to both employees and guests.* Assists General Manager’s with Human Resources functions of the property.* Protects each property and its assets through enforcing and maintaining a preventative maintenance programs.* Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner.
