Job summary

The Woodlands Country Club, Trails Course in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking a proactive Guest Services Supervisor for Arcis Golf. You will welcome guests, coordinate tee times, carts, and guest services, while leading a small team to deliver outstanding experiences.

Responsibilities

• Guest Services: Welcome and assist golfers, manage bags, and provide excellent customer service.
• Staff Supervision: Train and schedule outside service staff; conduct evaluations.
• Equipment and Facilities Maintenance: Oversee carts, clubs, and practice areas; report issues.
• Inventory Management: Maintain range balls, tees, and other items.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce course rules and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Guest Services:
   • - Welcome and assist golfers with their bags, equipment, and provide exceptional customer service.
   • - Manage the golf bag drop area, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
   • - Coordinate tee times, cart rentals, and other golf-related services for guests.
   • - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
2. 2. Staff Supervision:
   • - Train and schedule outside service staff.
   • - Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
   • - Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
3. 3. Equipment and Facilities Maintenance:
   • - Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of golf carts, clubs, and practice facilities.
   • - Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of golf carts, range equipment, and practice areas.
   • - Report any equipment or facility issues to Director of Golf or General Manager.
4. 4. Inventory Management:
   • - Maintain an inventory of range balls, tees, and other golf-related items.
5. 5. Safety and Compliance:
   • - Enforce golf course rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
   • - Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards, such as chemical handling and disposal.
   • - Address safety concerns promptly and take necessary corrective actions.
