Job summary

TC Energy is seeking an experienced Area Manager for our US Gas Operations—Pacific Mountain Region, Tuscarora - Baja team. You will oversee safety, operations, and project management to ensure continuous operation and adherence to corporate policies.

This role reports to the Regional Director and manages an IBEW Local 77 represented workforce. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring staff, enforcing safety standards, and optimizing capital and operating budgets within your area while

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred; technical field of study (Engineering, Business Management or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in management or leadership; energy industry preferred
• Ability to travel ~40% to work locations
• Demonstrated ability to influence, engage and develop a team; strong leadership aptitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage with all levels of the organization
• Proficiency with Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams)
