Job summary

TC Energy is seeking an experienced Area Manager for US Gas Operations – Pacific Mountain Region, Redmond - Klamath Falls, to lead safety, operations, and continuous improvement in accordance with TC Energy standards.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will manage budgets, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with policies while coordinating with internal and external partners. Domestic relocation only; hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Associates or technical degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in management/leadership; energy or gas ops experience preferred.
• Ability to travel ~40% to work locations.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership in safety and team development; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide active leadership to ensure safety, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Oversee planning, administration and control of budgets for the assigned area.
• Lead, develop, mentor, and coach employees; foster high performing teams.
• Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the company and build partnerships internally and externally.
• Maintain incident readiness and on-call emergency response capability.
