Job summary

TC Energy's US Gas Operations - Pacific Mountain Region, Tuscarora - Baja team seeks an experienced Area Manager to lead safety, operations and budget management across their assigned area. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will ensure adherence to policies and drive continuous improvement.

You will supervise staff, mentor teams, set clear expectations, manage capital and operating budgets, and promote a diverse, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Associates or technical diploma with degree preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience, with leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~40% to meet operational needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all organization levels.
• Ability to lead, influence, and develop a diverse team.
