Job summary

TC Energy is seeking an experienced Area Manager for the US Gas Operations - Pacific Mountain Region, Redmond - Klamath Falls. The role drives safety, operations leadership, budgeting, and policy compliance across a defined area.

You will supervise staff, mentor teams, and ensure operational excellence while managing costs and capital planning. Domestic relocation only; hybrid work model included for eligible U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in a management or leadership position.
• Experience in energy/natural gas transmission/storage operations is preferred.
• Ability to travel to work locations; approximately 40% travel.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, engage, and develop a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

• Provide active leadership to ensure adherence to policies, practices, and procedures.
• Oversee operational and maintenance activities within assigned area.
• Lead, develop, mentor, and coach employees; foster a high performing team.
• Set clear expectations and drive results while ensuring safety.

• Ensure compliance with safety policies, LOTO, JSA, and permit processes.
• Represent the company and build partnerships regionally and with internal stakeholders.
