Job summary

TC Energy in the United States is seeking an experienced Area Manager for the US Gas Operations - Pacific Mountain Region (Redmond - Klamath Falls) to lead safety, field operations, and project execution. This role reports to the Regional Director and manages a union workforce under IBEW Local 77.

You will drive safety culture, budget oversight, and continuous improvement while coaching staff to deliver reliable energy services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or diploma with equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in management or leadership.
• Strong safety leadership and ability to manage in a unionized environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide active leadership to ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Supervise staff, assign work, and hold teams accountable for results.
• Lead, mentor, and develop employees to build a high performing organization.
