Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory is seeking a Regional Manager for the Service Extension Department in Gettysburg, PA, to lead fundraising and staff coordination across multiple counties. The RM will ensure program integrity, drive volunteer engagement, and collaborate with divisions and community partners.

The role requires home-office capacity in Gettysburg with extended regional travel, staff supervision, and program development oversight.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to establish and maintain a home office.
• Residence within the service region is preferred due to regional travel.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising efforts for each Service Unit in the region.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal controls on funds and documents.
• Recruit, train, and develop volunteers and committee chairs.
• Visit all Service Units within the assigned area and support budget development.
• Coordinate marketing and public relations activities and community programs.
