Job summary

The Salvation Army in Spokane is seeking a Regional Development Manager to lead fundraising initiatives and special events that support the Spokane Corps. You will collaborate with officers, staff, volunteers and vendors to execute plans, meet budgets, and maximize donor engagement in the community.

You will manage communications, content creation, and donor stories, aligning with marketing messages and mission while ensuring timely reporting and strong community relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Proven fundraising and donor relations track record.
• Experience in marketing, communications and events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fundraising initiatives and special events.
• Ensure event revenue targets are met or exceeded.
• Coordinate event production, budgets, logistics, and volunteers.
• Cultivate and solicit individual, corporate and foundation donors for events.
