Job summary

United Franchise Group is seeking a Business Advisor for The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill. You will drive a robust Catering program, implement startup initiatives for franchisees, and maximize profitability through P&L reviews and regional operations oversight.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, collaborating with marketing for local campaigns, and training franchisees and staff while traveling 50-75% to support regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college/university; or AA/AS or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM systems; scheduling software a plus.
• Eligible driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• A credit card with available limit to cover expenses.
• Restaurant experience a must.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% for tradeshows and regional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive a strong Catering program for franchisees.
• Implement franchisee Startup Program.
• Maximize profits through P&L reviews and store evaluations.
• Oversee operations of multiple restaurants.
• Develop sales strategies and business plans.
• Collaborate with marketing for local campaigns (active/digital).
• Understand KPIs & analytics; train franchisees on model and best practices.
• Train and manage hourly and supervisory staff.
