Job summary

United Franchise Group is seeking an Operations Advisor for The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill. The role drives franchisee startup programs, delivers operational training, and supports openings across the region. You will work with franchisees to implement the franchise model, monitor milestones, and ensure brand standards.

The position requires an Associate's degree or equivalent and the ability to travel 70–80% of the time. Strong MS Office, scheduling tools, and POS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Restaurant operations or franchise experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Implements franchisee store startup program with operational training and marketing assessments.
• Maintains knowledge in all areas of operations and training.
• Communicates with franchise owner before and after opening and manages pre-opening schedule and paperwork.
• Travels to stores and supports openings; assesses milestones and delays.
• Visits stores at least twice per year and improves operational standards through coaching.
