Job summary

United Franchise Group seeks a Business Advisor for The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill to train and support franchisees across a growing regional footprint. You will drive profitability through P&L reviews, training, and operational guidance across multiple locations.

You will develop sales strategies, collaborate with marketing on local campaigns, and ensure compliance with brand standards while maintaining a high level of knowledge in all areas of operations and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four‑year college/university; or Associate’s degree from two‑year college; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, Customer Relationship Management systems, and scheduling software. POS software and accounting software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive a strong Catering program to franchisees.
• Implement franchisee store Startup Program.
• Maximize restaurant profits at each location through business performance, P&L reviews, training, and store operation evaluations.
• Oversee the operations of multiple restaurants.
• Develop sales strategies and business development plans.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns (active and digital).
• Understand KPIs & analytics and apply insights.
• Train and reinforce the franchise model, system, and best practices.
• Guide and manage hourly employees, management, and supervisors.
• Ensure branches follow safety, health, and business laws and operate essential equipment.
• Compile brand compliance data and uphold brand standards of excellence.
• Organize training programs for franchisees and grow brand awareness regionally.
• Participate in regional meetings and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain knowledge and skills in all areas of operations and training.
• Consult with franchisees to define needs and scope investigations for solutions.
• Advise Brand Leader on franchisee-identified issues and follow up on results.
• Travel 50-75% as needed for tradeshows and regional meetings.
