United Franchise Group is seeking an Operations Advisor to support The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill franchisees across the region. You will train and coach store teams, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to brand standards while driving profitability.

The role requires extensive travel, strong operational knowledge, and experience with POS systems. Join a growing team delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
• Experience with POS software.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to franchisees in assigned region.
• Drive profitability and brand standards across stores.
• Travel 70-80% of the time to visits and launches.
• Support regional franchise openings and post-opening follow-ups.
• Prepare and review P&L statements with franchisees.
• Maintain scheduling and required paperwork.

Education

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
