Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Regional Finance Manager to lead planning, forecasting, and performance management for a defined geographic region. You will partner with regional leaders to translate operations into accurate financial forecasts and drive improvements across planning and reporting.

The role emphasizes close collaboration with operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders while ensuring compliance and disciplined financial processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 5–8+ years FP&A, operations finance, accounting, or controllership roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and partner cross-functionally.
• Proficient in ERP, Excel, and BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range projections.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to translate drivers into forecasts.
• Oversee month-end close, reporting, KPI tracking, and policy compliance.
• Monitor variance to plan and recommend corrective actions.
• Serve as liaison between regional operations and business leaders.
• Support strategic initiatives with scenario modeling and investment analysis.
• Drive continuous improvements in planning and forecasting processes.
