Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Regional Finance Manager to lead planning, forecasting, accounting, and performance management for a defined geographic region. You will partner with regional leaders to translate operational drivers into accurate financial plans and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

This role requires 5–8+ years in FP&A or related roles, strong financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance/accounting/business.
• 5–8+ years in FP&A or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial projections for the assigned region.
• Partner with regional leadership to translate operational drivers into accurate financial forecasts and business plans.
• Oversee month-end close activities, financial reporting, KPI tracking, and compliance with accounting policies.
• Monitor performance against plan, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to improve business results.
• Serve as the primary financial liaison between regional operations and business segment leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives through scenario modeling, investment analysis, and resource allocation recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational performance processes.
