Job summary

Asplundh is seeking a Regional Finance Manager for Regional Planning & Forecasting. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to align regional performance with company goals, working closely with regional operations and business leaders.

The role emphasizes strategic partnership, accurate forecasting, and continuous improvement in financial processes within a dynamic utility and infrastructure services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 5–8+ years of FP&A, operations finance, accounting, or controllership roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with ERP/Excel/BI proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial projections for the region.
• Translate operational drivers into accurate financial forecasts and business plans with regional leadership.
• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, KPI tracking, and policy compliance.
• Monitor performance against plan, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Serve as the financial liaison between regional operations and segment leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives through scenario modeling and investment analysis.
• Drive continuous improvements in planning, forecasting, reporting, and efficiency.
