Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Regional Finance Manager to lead planning, forecasting, and performance management for a defined geographic region. You will partner with regional leaders to translate operational drivers into robust financial plans and oversee month-end close, reporting, and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 5-8+ years of FP&A, operations finance, accounting, or controllership experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in ERP, Excel, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial projections for the assigned region.
• Partner with regional leadership to translate operational drivers into accurate financial forecasts and business plans.
• Oversee month-end close activities, financial reporting, KPI tracking, and compliance with accounting policies.
• Monitor performance against plan, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to improve business results.
• Serve as the primary financial liaison between regional operations and business segment leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives through scenario modeling, investment analysis, and resource allocation recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational performance processes.
