Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Regional Finance Manager to lead planning, forecasting, and performance management for a defined geographic region. You will partner with regional leaders to translate drivers into reliable forecasts and drive financial discipline across close cycles and KPI tracking.

The role requires strong FP&A experience, accounting knowledge, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while improving processes and financial accuracy in a dynamic utility vegetation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 5–8+ years of FP&A or related finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; proficient in ERP, Excel, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial projections for the assigned region.
• Partner with regional leadership to translate operational drivers into accurate financial forecasts and business plans.
• Oversee month-end close activities, financial reporting, KPI tracking, and compliance with accounting policies.
• Monitor performance against plan, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to improve results.
• Serve as the primary financial liaison between regional operations and business segment leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives through scenario modeling and investment analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational performance processes.
