Asplundh, based near Philadelphia with extensive field operations, seeks a Regional Finance Manager for Planning & Forecasting in Cincinnati. You will partner with regional leaders to drive accurate forecasts and informed decision‑making across the region, balancing operational drivers with financial targets.

You will lead planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, oversee close activities, and push continuous improvements in financial performance and efficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5–8+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Strong accounting principles, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and partner with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in ERP, Excel, and BI tools.

• Lead the development of annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range projections for the region.
• Partner with regional leadership to translate operational drivers into accurate financial forecasts and plans.
• Oversee month‑end close, financial reporting, KPI tracking, and policy compliance.
• Monitor performance against plan, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Serve as the regional financial liaison between operations and segment leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives with scenario modeling and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational processes.
